Hey! Let me holla’ at you for a minute. Yes, I took it there.

If there is one thing that I have learned in this journey of life, it’s that consistency is key.

In your job, in your home, ESPECIALLY in your relationships. No, I’m not talking about the “I’m having a bad day and don’t want to talk to people” mood. It’s more of a permanent thing.

I know what I just said, consistency is PERMANENT. Sounds crazy right? Let me break it down for you.

In a relationship you want to be CONSISTENTLY progressing. You have to be creative, communicative and CONSISTENT. WHen you reach one goal, you move towards another, things never go bad because you’re constantly learning and exploring.

If you adapt this attitude to every aspect of your life, including your work, you will see DRAMATIC changes! It even allows you to have a CONSISTENT positive attitude because that is what you are choosing to do!

So, even though it is cliche, it’s true. Try being consistent in at least one area of your life for 30 days. Take up a yoga class for 30 days, say a new prayer for 30 days, try different colors for 30 days. See if your outlook doesn’t change!
